TEACHING GUIDELINES

As an online English foreign teacher at Max Wisdom Global, you will play a crucial role in providing high - quality English education to students of different ages and proficiency levels. You will use the online teaching platform to deliver engaging courses, assess students' progress, and collaborate with the teaching team.

1. You must prepare lessons before each class and develop different learning plans for different students.
2. Do not be late for classes, and do not cancel classes randomly. If you need to take a leave, please contact the academic affairs teacher one day in advance.
3. Communicate effectively with the teaching team, academic supervisors, and administrative staff. You must participate in teacher training sessions when necessary.
4. If you need to stop teaching, please contact the academic affairs teacher 30 days in advance so that we can arrange for another teacher to take over.

1. Class Duration: Each class is 30 minutes in total, with 5 minutes for preparation and 25 minutes for normal teaching.
2. Class Format: our classes are in 1V1 or 1V2 model. The same students will choose to attend classes at least twice a week.
3. Teaching Platform: We use the software "CLASS IN". Before you start teaching, we will provide training on how to use the software.

1. We will settle payments on two week basis, and the payment will be made on the first day of the third week.
2. We will remit the money to you via PayPal. Please provide the following remittance information.
3. The demo class provided to students shall be offered free of charge and shall not be counted as paid teaching hours.
